By downloading or using Race Trajectory ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Your Data

Records you create are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your data and for keeping backups. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

4. Subscriptions

The App offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Ad-Free Plan"). Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including reverse engineering, interfering with its operation, or using it in violation of applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that records and calculations are accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced within the App. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
